Art Studio

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein separates Haus auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers - gebaut als Künstleratelier— daher der Name. Das Grundstück selbst liegt inmitten grüner Natur mit einem tollen Garten und mit Meerblick. In die andere Richtung ist ein Berg, wo man wandern kann. Das Häuschen besteht aus einem sehr schönen großen Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse, Zugang zum Garten und einer Küchenzeile. Außerdem gibt es ein Esszimmer, was gleichzeitig der Flur ist, ein Bad mit Wanne und über eine Stiege geht es vom Flur ins Schlafzimmer. Es ist alles sehr einladend und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert, dass man sich auch wohlfühlt. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl in Sortland als auch in Stokmarknes ist man mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. Somit war es auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Such a special place and wonderful stay! We truly savored every second spent on farm and inside this cozy and beautiful house, full of art. Lovely host Paul stole our hearts with his kindness and hospitality. Breathtaking views from garden, great access to town, good wi-fi, plenty of space to rest near nature. Will definitely remember these peaceful moments:) Thanks and greetings from Poland!

There is nothing to complain about - everything was great

Het huisje was heel mooi ingericht, het lag op een prima locatie en er waren heerlijke bedden. Eigenaar was erg aardig en had leuke tips.

Het was niet allemaal even schoon. De keuken was prima uitgerust qua glazen, borden en bestek. Maar bv pannen, spatels, schaar, enz waren niet zo ruim aanwezig.

This place exceeded all my expectations. It was by far our favourite stay in Norway in a 2-week trip (and I almost didn't book it because we were going to Lofoten islands and Sortland was not really on our radar). + Let me start by saying that the owner was really friendly and kind. + The place is some kilometers away from Sortland, in a small village and a bit away from other houses. Behind it there is a ski run that follows a little stream where you can take a walk in the middle of nature, with mountains, close to the sea and surrounded by snow. + The studio is a very special place, more so for me because I studied Art History. Seeing all the lovely paintings and vintage pieces, sculptures, books, rugs, furniture... it is my dream home! I hope one day I can have such an amazing collection myself. + The lightning is also cozy and well thought. + We were lucky enough to arrive when there was a lot of snow, so the place was even more magical. I couldn't get tired of watching through the large windows to the garden covered in snow and the glasshouse. + The beds were very comfy and spacious. + Loved the floor heating on the bathroom :)

There is nothing that could have gone better. Everything was perfect.
