The perfect Mexican experience

We liked everything!! First it was a very traditional Mexican style building next to a beautiful square. Nothing touristic about the area but everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Over the weekends there were celebrations, market & music in the square. However the hotel inside was quiet and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond even taking us to the bus station on our departure. Breakfast was amazing and very well priced, we couldn’t believe the prices after travelling around different places in Mexico. We attended a wedding whilst there, they steamed and ironed our clothes. Writing this review I wish I was back there now. After a long 3 weeks in Mexico we spent our final day by the pool drinking margaritas. Service was wonderful l, polite and friendly. We already talked about going back. Kudos to the management and staff for an amazing stay and experience.

Lovely hotel with great Location

The location is great, the hotel is an old building adapted with modern amenities. The staff was helpful and polite.

Due to the building age, the wood ceiling has some insects that fell in the bed, maybe with some fumigation they can get rid of them

The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and in a lovely atmosphere. Free parking was especially a bonus. The location couldn't be more convenient.

Amazing boutique hotel in great location in town

Amazing service from all the staff including the hotel owners who were all the time at the property. Great ambience. Location is great just at the Atlixco main square. Breakfast is very good. For sure I would stay at this hotel again!

Es una buena opción de hospedaje.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro. el personal es muy amable, la habitación es comoda. Tiene alberca.

Me gustaria que hecharan algun aromatizante en la habitación por que como la habitación que nos toco queda cerca el restaurante, se le imprega el olor a la ropa de cama y a la habitación. Pedimos unos masajes y no habian cambiado las sabanas y estaban sucias de clientes anteriores.

No es algo molesto pero como el lugar tiene años construido huele un poco a viejo en los cuartos yo solo agregaría aromatizante muy fuerte en los cuartos no es algo que se perciba mucho ni que moleste sólo sería lo único que yo aumentaría !

Hermoso y acogedor

Ubicaciòn excelente pràcticamente en la plaza principal. La habitaciòn muy bien, buenos espacios, buena limpieza. El personal atento. Por 20 pesos mas te incluye desauyno a la carta, y esta bastante rico. Tuvimos una habitacion en planta baja con acceso directo a la alberca, que fue inesperado y muy apreciado :)

Actualizacion

La instalación y organización está excelente. Está bien diseñado para viajar como familia o en pareja.

Solo es un pequeño detalle, la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar y la TV quizás ya hay que actualizar los modelos o por lo menos poner Rocku o similares.

No sé si yo no entendí bien pero me ofrecíeron un desayuno y todo bien pero al final resultó que solo eran dos desayunos por habitación y tuve que pagar uno extra pero fuera de eso todo bien
