Great value for a short stay in the area

Location, amenities, having one of the best restaurants in Atlixco next door, the pond, the mini golf, the jumping castle for kid -- it's a great place to stay if you are in the area, with the right price:benefit ratio.

The noise from the highway the first night -- motorcyclists were revving their engines for an hour, after 23:00, disrupting sleep. The noise from some party salon or bar or whatever on Saturday night - loud music past midnight.

We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms, so it it very comfortable for family with a kid. The teritory is big and nice, but it could be more well-groomed.

The breakfast is continental. So if you want to eat well, you pay 199 pesos instead 249 (discount for guests of the hotel) in the restaurant. Water in a jacusy and a pool was cold. The pool was full of leaves

I liked the location, it was more quiet and we were able to walk around. They offered many services and we did a massage to relax.

There wore so many mosquitoes at night. We couldn't find any staff to help for hours. The restaurant was closed due to fumigation so we weren't able to try the food and we had to order out. The main reason we chose this place was for the restaurant and jacuzzi and we weren't able to attend either.

Atlixco con mi mascota, gran plan!

A 5 Minutos del lugar de la boda a la que fuimos. Perfecta ubicacion. Mi mascota estuvo de lo más feliz con el jardin que tenia. Super silencioso. Tienes la posibilidad de entrar y salir cuando quieras eso es muy comodo.

el sillon de la sala no era el mas comodo, y solo hay tele en la sala. Seria ideal tener una en el cuarto para relajarse mejor. una cafetera en el cuarto seria ideal

Boda en Atlixco! Una noche en el hotel después de una gran fiesta

El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación fácil de encontrar, no se tiene que ir hasta el centro de la ciudad. Para nosotros la ubicación fue perfecta ya que se encontraba a unos pocos minutos caminando de donde se llevaría a cabo la recepción de la boda a la que asistimos. Llegamos sobre las 3pm para hacer el check-in y alistarnos. Nos ayudó mucho el personal muy atento que nos recibió y que estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada en la noche al término de la fiesta. La suite cumple con la descripción del anuncio y nos encantó que tuviéramos dos habitaciones separadas para descansar. También, a la mañana siguiente hicimos uso del restaurante del hotel, que tiene un buen buffet a un precio con descuento para huéspedes. Valió la pena porque incluyeron diferentes opciones como tamales, pipian verde y rojo, quesadillas, fruta, postre, agua de jamaica, entre otros. El hotel también cuenta con un minigolf, lanchas y una sala de juegos que puedes disfrutar; aunque a nosotros nos faltó el tiempo para explorar todas las amenidades. Definitivamente volvería en otra oportunidad.

Todo estuvo increíble. Lo único malo fue el poco tiempo que nos quedamos que nos impidió disfrutar de todas las amenidades del hotel.

Personal amable, instalaciones con áreas de oportunidad

Buena ubicación y personal muy amable. Ante la mala experiencia por el clima el personal trató de proporcionarme un calentador para una de las habitaciones.

Los techos al ser estilo “una choza” y no una “losa de concreto” permiten la filtración del aire exterior, esto ocasiona que, durante la noche, el viento frío característico de la temporada invernal se perciba de manera intensa en toda la habitación. Aun utilizando cobertores, no es posible mantener una temperatura adecuada para descansar, son habitaciones bien equipadas pero no cuentan con calefacción, quizá para temporada de calor sea una buena opción… pero definitivamente en invierno no es viable hospedarse ahí si van con personas vulnerables al frío. Otro punto negativo es que en una de las 2 habitaciones que reservé las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias… por lo que sumado al frío y limpieza mi familia y yo decidimos buscar otro hotel.

La habitación era de buen tamaño, super cómoda y acogedora. Buena iluminación, decoración, espacio y demás. La zona del restaurante está excelente! El servicio es muuuuy bueno y la comida tiene buen sabor. Definitivamente recomiendo ampliamente el lugar. Sí regresaría :)

Quizá la único que no me gustó fue el ruido en las noches de los camiones que pasaban por la carretera. Esta muy bien la ubicación, lo único malo es ese ruido que puede llegar a ser imperceptible si te duermes muy rápido y profundamente.
