Spacious apartment with spacious balcony. Clean. Comfy beds. Included parking area. Included spacious barbecue area. Helpful staff.

No nets at windows to protect from mosquitos. No AC, so we were sweating at night. Nice place, but didn't sleep well because it was too warm. The nets would upgrade this place a lot. Kitchen not well equipped. To cook something, we had to buy even knives. Missing space to hang long clothes or wer towels. Wardrobe is not an option. Neither the balcony as there is a lot of ashes flying around. Balcony always full of ashes. I know that it is not the hotels fault, but wanted to mention it. Minibar was too full. Had to empty fridge in order to be able to put food in it.

Very good

The studio with 2 bedrooms has a nice size, the kitchenette is practical, big fridge. The terrace is quite big, lots of chairs, huge dining table. The pool is kept very clean despite ashes from the volcano.

Minibar: well stocked, high priced, you pay for every bottle of water or do yr own shopping. Terrace: Roof is textile, not water proof. Drenched after the rain. No AC, only 1 fan for the whole space. No bread knife. No tissues. No chair in bedroom. No mosquito netting anywhere! Noise from the nearby road can be very loud. There should be a curtain to give more privacy to small bedroom-bathroom area. No restaurant during the week.

The room was clean.

There is no air conditioning, the room was so loud and was unable to sleep past 7AM, the full glass front is not a good idea. Other guests were lounging on the chairs in front of my room and were noisy.

Nice looking place but the service could be better

Nice and clean place

The curtains didn't work properly and there was no hot water in the morning. There are beverages and snacks that seem to be at your disposal as a welcoming package, but be careful, they're not... even 1 bottle of water is extra charge.

Showing signs of wear and tear

Quiet stay .very relaxing as only four other rooms had guests.had the pool to ourselves for a few hours.

We have been here about 12 times over the past three years or so and this time we saw need to invest in maintenance. Our apartment we noticed had damage to the walls and floors that need to be repaired, the pool has a number of missing mosaic tiles missing on the bottom of the pool that I think is a safety issue.This is not a inexpensive place to stay.I paid 2000 pesos for a night and you can pay up to 3000 so you would expect basic repairs to be made..The staff are nice but please update and repair what needs to be fixed. The Internet needs to be improved family one apartment by reception was very poor very intermittent signal with poor security using old encryption.

Our 8th time

We never used it, but it was nice to see breakfast and lunches were available.The kitchen has been closed the past year due to Covid restrictions.We Normally rent rooms with hotplates so we normally do our own cooking but the loft and studio accomodations have no cooking facilities.

Because of covid situation, there was no resturant /breakfast service, that was not a problem as we had 2 hotplates and a microwave, a number of other aparments ( studio and Loft) have no cooking facilities ,something to think about when booking.At the moment there is a reduced capacity , so it was less crowded, people kept their distance, we felt safe, we had the private balcony with the table and chairs

The door leading outside to our private patio area, once closed you could not open from outside,.I was locked out for 10 minutes while my partner was having a shower, I can imagine the the first time when you arrive and all the members of your group went outside at the same time, and all being locked out.we had to put an ashtray on the floor to stop it closing .So do a test to make sure your door can open once it is closed.keep someone inside to open if you have same problem

First really bad experience

The location and the rooms inside. This time the outside was dirty and a mess because of the actions of some guests.

Had our first really bad experience. Had a group booking of over ten people staying at the same time, drinking around the pool area playing loud music and making it impossible for anyone to try to have a nice time there.The Staff were not answering the reception phones and when we finally got in contact they were at first reluctant to do anything. You can pay over 3000 pesos for some of the accommodation options. The Music was so loud it made it almost Impossible to sit outside on our balcony. Eventually the staff asked them to keep it quiet but some of them were so drunk that they were urinating in the public spaces, and the next day the pool was filthy Beer, cans and who knows what else was in the pool... You could see Brown scum being cleaned out of the pool the next morning. This is the 6th time in one year we have stayed, but security needs to be looked into and staff trained in how to stop drunken idiots spoiling others time there, to make sure it never happens again.

Todo el espacio es muy bonito, las habitaciones son sumamente cómodas. Sumado a la gran actitud del personal, resulta ser una estancia grandiosa.

Desde la recepción poco atento el personal, al siguiente día solo sacaron la basura de la habitación sin hacer aseo, se pidió desayuno y nunca llegó, tuve que salir a las 12 hrs. a mí evento sin desayunar. A la hora del check out Muy tardado.

Ideal para personas que usan silla de ruedas.

Ubicación, cerca de centro comercial y a 15min del Centro en coche. Contraté el Grand Gardenia ya que un acompañante usa silla de ruedas y es el único establecimiento en Atlixco que encontré con estas facilidades

Precio alto. Falta mantenimiento. Sería genial poder contar con secadora, plancha de vapor y wifi que es un básico. Baño general no sale agua caliente.

decepcionada despues bien primera impression, mala atención al cliente

on the whole the place was satisfactory, everything was available and the accommodation suitable. Breakfast was ok too

Nos alojamos dos noches para una escapada familiar. El principal problema es que se fue la luz del hotel toda la noche (volvió a funcionar a medianoche), así que estuvimos a oscuras toda la noche, sin agua, sin duchas ni cisterna. No había televisión ni cocina. Ningún representante del hotel vino a comprobar si estábamos bien o si necesitábamos ayuda en toda la noche. El principal problema es que el hotel ni siquiera acepta que la experiencia y la noche se arruinaron. Pedimos un reembolso o algún tipo de compensación para compensar nuestra decepción (quizás una noche gratis, por ejemplo) y ni siquiera lo reconocieron ni hicieron nada al respecto. Así que, en general, mi opinión ahora es que el hotel es muy deficiente en cuanto a su servicio al cliente y su responsabilidad por una buena experiencia, lo cual es una pena, porque tuvieron la oportunidad de demostrar que les importa que los clientes vuelvan y la primera noche, eso mismo dijimos. Han pasado de muy buenos a malos por eso, que pena porque estábamos revisando el hotel para futuras referencias como el lugar para que varios miembros de la familia lo usen para una boda planeada a principios de 2026.

Buen hotel

El personal es muy amable, y el hotel ofrece servicios completos, nuestra habitación contaba con frigo, y snacks a la venta, la habitación era amplia y también contaba con un balcón con mesa y sillas. Vimos que también contaban con zona de fogatas y bicicletas, pero no usamos esos servicios. Aunque no tiene restaurante, ofrecen alimentos a tu habitación.

Las toallas, cobijas y sábanas no eran las más cómodas. La piscina necesita urgentemente mantenimiento, pues le hacen falta azulejos. El agua caliente de la regadera no duraba mucho. En general el hotel tiene buena estructura y muchas oportunidades, pero le hace falta mantenimiento general.

Veo importante que hagan ciertas recomendaciones previas, si traes mascota vale 400 pesos la noche y la salida es 11 30 A.M. nosotros llegamos de carretera por un cierre de manifestaciones ocho de la noche, un día no se pudieron usar instalaciones por este percance y después tendría que dejarse la habitación 11 30 de la mañana. También nos recomendaron un lugar Argos para cenar y estaba cerrado.

Para no más de un día

La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene porque a la vuelta está Plaza Moraleda que cuenta con todo lo que necesitas: tiendas departamentales, servicios, comida, etc. La alberca conserva una buena temperatura aunque no haya mucho sol. El lugar es limpio e intentan conservarlo bien. Hay unos lindos pajaritos que hacen su nido fuera de las habitaciones.

En general la atención es mala. Al día de hoy no puedo tener mi factura. El señor David de recepción es parco y poco cooperativo, por ejemplo: no tuvimos tv durante toda nuestra estancia, la vimos 10 minutos y se fue la señal, mientras que otros huéspedes sí tenían, al preguntarle contestó: pues es un servicio externo y no se puede hacer nada. El agua de la regadera no se puede "templar" si abres caliente y fria tendrás: 20 segundos de agua hirviendo y 20 segundos de agua helada. En el estacionamiento hay un macetero que ya no funciona desde hace fácil 5 años , es un montículo de ladrillos que solo estorba el ya de por si limitado espacio. El check in es muuuy tarde 1:30 y el check out muuy tempran 11:30

Nos gustaron muchos las habitaciones eran limpias, cómodas y completas, las terrazas con columpio súper acogedoras, los camastros y camas muy cómodas, y la comida muy rica.

Como es un hotel familiar, había demasiados niños gritando, lo que no nos gustó es que no había control o buen comportamiento en lo que hacían en la alberca, los niños mojaban a los de afuera, gritaban y sumergían comida adentro de la alberca. Por otro lado, no había servicio a la alberca o a las mesitas, tenías que pedir todo por WhatsApp y una vez que te servían no volvías a ver a los meseros. Por otro lado, todas sus redes de internet wifi no servían para NADA! Y por último, que no sirven mantequilla para tus hot-cakes.
