Nice but some flaws they need to address ( internet)

We return here every few years as it was a place where we got Married .The restaurant produced It's normal good quality and reasonably price food,. It was nice to see they still had the Peacocks and since we last went back they use unused parts of the garden to grow many herbs that they use in the Kitchen

It wasn't as relaxing as we had hoped, they are not doing the maintenance simple things that are easy to fix, The bridge over the pond one part is very loose, and the Pond itself needs a good clean, in the past they had fish in there. There's no soundproofing as even with all the windows closed . Rooms 5,6 and 7 were very noisy at night from the traffic just behind the property something to think about if you're a light sleeper The Internet is also very poor we had almost no signal in our room over the 2 days and even in the Restaurant and pool areas it hardly worked so they still haven't fix that issue over that we had 12 years ago and the several times we have returned. In the following years. In the past it wasn't an issue for us. But now in 2025 the ability to check on work problems and Emails if you arrived Midweek when you are paying 3000 pesos a night is inexcusable . Again something to think about if you needed to be connected for a small while for work. Parts of the hotel are stunning. But with just a little more investment and care they could improve the stay for the guests. But it's such a shame they can't be bothered to do a few small improvements.It could be so much better of an experience . So if the owner is reading. This constructive criticism please think about making these small improvements.you have no real control over the noise from the street but everything else you can improve with some effort.

A hotel that is like every other country hotel but priced as a luxuory hotel in a major city.

They say that they are pet friendly, but that statement depends on how you define it. They charge you 150 pesos extra every night(!) for your pet on top of the already very expensive price for the room. The resoning behind that is very hard to understand. In the pictures it seems like your pet has a lot of space to play and to run around in the green grass. Unfortunately that is not the case. The grass and nature is for the birds that lives there. At least a dog has to be leashed all the time to not disturb the birds. The quality of the rooms are also underwhelming considering the price. Every detail is average. From the bathrooms, to the pool area, to the Tv. It is way overpriced for what you get.

Un bello lugar con todo lo que esperaría un huésped exigente.

La habitación que me tocó muy hermosa, los desayunos muy bastos y sobre todo con un estupendo sazón en todos los alimentos, la atención de todo el personal fue de primer nivel, además de sus bellos jardines tan bien cuidados, regreso sin pensarlo¡

De vez en cuando se prendía la bomba de la cisterna (pecata minuta)

Muy bonito y relajante

El hotel es muy bonito y relajante, el personal muy amable, la limpieza de la habitación excelente, la decoración en la habitación es agradable y la cama muy cómoda.

A pié está un poco retirado del centro. Para entrar al estacionamiento tienes que llamar, no localizamos algún timbre.
