Great stay in Serravalle area

Nice and comfy location, close to Novi and Serravalle. Super spacious room and comfy beds

The host was friendly and communicative. The location is great, with private parking. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and fairly well equipped. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price.

We were greeted by a lovely gentlemen that despite the language barrier, was super helpful and check in pretty simple. Accommodation is basic but plenty of space and whilst the equipment is dated, it is functional and is adequate. The washing machine was actually quite new and very welcome as we were using this accommodation as part of a road trip. Overall the apartment is good value for money.

Fantastic location and accommodation.

Location, it's close to the shopping centre and main roads. Communication with the owner was quick and very accommodating. The apartment was spotless and functional. The garden, parking and patio areas are great.

A very minor issue with a creaky bed, but apart from that a super stay.

Good location near Seravelle outlet, comfortable bed.

The place without lift, so if you have a suitcases it isn't comfortable. All night was noisly from heating box in the bathroom, despite quite area without a lot of car noises.

The owner was so nice, we were stucked on highway due weather conditions and we arrive very late (midnight) but he come and bring us the keys and was very kind to us. Room was clean and very nice. Near is big shopping.

A good apartament for a night sleep if you are on a trip. Clean sheats and towells, nice bed.

The kitchen could use a little more cleaning, maybe the floor as well. I know it’s not the owner’s fault, but there are a lot of mosquitos in the area and you can’t leave the window open. The fan helps though.

Nulla. Se devo rimproverare sono il letto che e sfondato e non e matrimoniale bensì un due piazze vicine.e si potrebbe lasciare una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo per il benvenuto.
