Anybody who likes birds and wildlife will love the balcony right above the local stream: little egrets having their breakfast and supper, a cormorant diving for trouts in the crystal clear water, nutrias roaming around, and ducks-ducks-ducks! We even saw kingfishers multiple times zooming along the bank or diving for fish.
We have also loved the free parking that was quite close by on the Piazza. Regarding the house itself: very spacious for a family of 5, with the 2 bathrooms serving us good. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is there that is on the photos. The atmosphere is appealingly rural, and one really feels the Italian history in everything.
We could have used a microwave, but we checked it out before and we knew that there is none, so that is on us.
The wooden floor and the stairs leading to the top floor are very squeaky and one cannot get down to the bathroom without the whole house knowing about it.
