Awesome balcony and ample space for a family in an historical Italian setting
Anybody who likes birds and wildlife will love the balcony right above the local stream: little egrets having their breakfast and supper, a cormorant diving for trouts in the crystal clear water, nutrias roaming around, and ducks-ducks-ducks! We even saw kingfishers multiple times zooming along the bank or diving for fish. We have also loved the free parking that was quite close by on the Piazza. Regarding the house itself: very spacious for a family of 5, with the 2 bathrooms serving us good. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is there that is on the photos. The atmosphere is appealingly rural, and one really feels the Italian history in everything.
We could have used a microwave, but we checked it out before and we knew that there is none, so that is on us. The wooden floor and the stairs leading to the top floor are very squeaky and one cannot get down to the bathroom without the whole house knowing about it.

Lovely place but in urgent need of cleaning
Location was really nice, the property itself has a lot of potential
First of all, it needs a deep clean. Everything was dirty, covered in spider webs, dirt and dust, as if the property was left uninhabited for a long time. Second, in the middle of summer, at average 34 degrees Celsius, it had ONE fan for the whole house. 4 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, and yet only one fan. Lastly, ants were all around the apartment. Harmless, but they got all over our stuff.

Satisfaction was in the location and our new friend Ellie in the local coffee shop wine bar.
Watching nature from the rear balcony and the quiet. Close to the coffee shop, fruit shop, and restaurants all in walking distance.

The view from the balcony was nice.
Unfortunately it wasn’t clean. There were also personal items of other people everywhere which made it feel like it really hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time.
