In all regards an exceptional placeand wonderful hosts
This place is in all regards exceptional and a stay here should not be missed when you are in the region. Raphaela is a true host who makes you feel like coming home. Starting with caring about the arrival, remembering and catering to for special needs, and organizing touristic arrangements. By the way, the breakfast buffet filled with local delicacies gives a wonderful start to the day, not to forget Barbara‘s selection of homemade cakes that reminded me of my childhood :)

A true gem. Restful, elegant, and welcoming.
This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the region. The old palazzo has been beautifully restored, blending historic charm with modern comfort, and every detail reflects the owners’ passion and impeccable eye for design. The warm and welcoming hosts make you feel at home, and it’s easy to see why so many guests return year after year.
It’s honestly hard to come up with anything negative. Perhaps during this extremely hot season it would have been nice to find large bottles of water in the rooms, and I also noticed a lack of towel racks for drying. Since guests are encouraged to reuse towels—or pay a small extra fee otherwise—this little addition would make the stay even more comfortable.

We strongly recommend Palazzo Sertorio if you would like to experience some small town Italian style. Rafeala was extremely helpful and sweet. Everything was well arrangement and perfect!
