Lovely Room, Great Breakfast and Perfect Location
Room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and very nice. Breakfast was rich and excellent, even though we couldn’t fully enjoy it because we were running late (I only tried a piece of focaccia and it was delicious). Great location, close to the city center and to the restaurant we had booked. The parking option was also very convenient.
A small inconvenience involved the presence of our dog. The guests in the adjacent room immediately reported the very first bark to the host (even though the dog had been mentioned in the reservation), which left us feeling disappointed and a bit irritated. No criticism toward the host, who was very understanding and genuinely apologetic about the situation.

Charming old town apartment with great amenities and the soothing sound of the river.
Beautifully located apartment right in the old town, with a charming and convenient setting. Spacious and comfortable, featuring two rooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you might need – tea, coffee, and more. Lovely bathroom, perfectly clean and tidy. Even an ironing board was provided, and there was an option to purchase wine if desired. The host kindly left us a small welcome treat, which was especially nice as we arrived late. Communication with Toni was excellent, with clear instructions on how to find and access the property. Large, secure underground parking. Through the window, we could beautifully hear the gentle murmur of the river. A Truly wonderful place – highly recommended, especially when traveling by car.

Cute B&B in the heart of Gavi - would highly recommend!
The host Toni, was very clear with instructions and so friendly and approachable the moment we met him in person too. The location was perfect and the ease of the car parking space was a bonus. Comfy bed and breakfast had a good variety with a typical Italian offering - you won't go hungry! It was exactly what we needed for the purpose of our trip. Thank you!
We stayed here since we had a wedding in the area to attend. What would be really useful would be a full length mirror and brighter lighting in the bathroom for getting ready.

Nice location and right in the center and easy access parking.
We booked a rooftop room (at least this is what the images on the booking shown) but we ended up with an underground room. I booked for my relatives and I was hoping to make a very good impression, but it was otherwise.

Lovely terrace overlooking the river yet in town centre
Excellent location with parking in the centre of this pleasant small town. The room giving onto a large terrace was very well-equipped with the river directly below. Lots of little touches like very quiet AC. Toni's welcome.
