Room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and very nice. Breakfast was rich and excellent, even though we couldn’t fully enjoy it because we were running late (I only tried a piece of focaccia and it was delicious). Great location, close to the city center and to the restaurant we had booked. The parking option was also very convenient.
A small inconvenience involved the presence of our dog. The guests in the adjacent room immediately reported the very first bark to the host (even though the dog had been mentioned in the reservation), which left us feeling disappointed and a bit irritated. No criticism toward the host, who was very understanding and genuinely apologetic about the situation.

Early check out . For us it was not a problem , left early morning , but in general check out at 10.00 is too early imho

The room was comfortable.
It was clean.
Centrally located
TV connection was very very poor.
Breakfast limited and prepared beforehand.
No lift - not ideal for people who cannot go up the stairs.
