The location to the beach and cliff jumping/ free water soloing was perfect. Walkable distance to fantastic restaurants and Split.

Nice location but I’d rent elsewhere for a large group
1. Nice location a few blocks from a beach and close drive to downtown Split. 2. Well stocked kitchen. 3. Free parking. 4. Several patios including beautiful rooftop patio, except wasps built a nest under the table and stung my husband. 5. Washing machine available.
1. Air conditioning didn’t cool the main unit very well. We used fans in every room and were still extremely hot. The attic was almost unbearable because it was so hot, but since there was a bed in the attic 2 people had to stay there. However, it was too hot to ever use as a living room space. For the most part the air conditioning cooled the downstairs unit but we asked for a fan, which we didn’t receive until nearly the end of our stay. 2. The downstairs unit smelled like smoke. 3. There were ants in the basement. Overall we were disappointed in the condition of the house given the price we paid.
