Nice looking rooms and lovely man on the front desk

Was given the wrong room. They made us stay in a cheaper room for the first night than what we paid for, then a “more expensive” room the second night and gave us about €30 back (it was more expensive because it had an extra bed which we didn’t need, not because it was any nicer than what we originally booked). Location wasn’t great. Rooms are next to the reception so can be loud in the morning. The view isn’t like what it is in their photos. I wouldn’t stay here again

super onthaal door Dmitri: vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is proper en zeker groot genoeg. Waterkoker en haardroger was eerst niet in de kamer, maar Dmitri heeft fit heel vlug voor ons opgelost. Parkeergarage onder het gebouw is hier een groot pluspunt. Niet moeten zoeken naar parking wanner je terug komt na een dag sightseeing is een godsgeschenk. Ligging ten opzicht van eetgelegenheden en supermarkten is fantastisch.

Wifi werkt heel slecht. De kamers zijn enorm slecht geïsoleerd. Onze kamer lag spijtig genoeg boven een sport bar/ restaurant waardoor stilte steeds laat op de avond kwam. Dit is minder een probleem voor mensen die zelf eens graag een stapje zetten. Als je zelf geen problemen hebt met tot 12 of 1 uur op te blijven hoeft dit geen probleem te zijn. Indien je graag eens rond 22u wil gaan slapen, investeer in oordoppen. Public strand vinden is een uitdaging aangezien elk hotel in deze stad zijn stukje privé wil maken. Zeker niet iets wat ik deze accommodatie kan kwalijk neme, maar eerder Sarandië in het algemeen.

Very looked after apartment, we didn’t want to be right in the center of Sarande so this was perfect, about a 40 minute walk from the bustling center of Sarande. Comfortable, spacious and pleasant stay! Thanks

All was good other than I went to use the iron and there was some black sticky stuff on the bottom. Decided not to iron my white shirt 😂

We stayed in Apartment A2, which consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, and a kitchen. The apartment was clean, the bed linen was fresh, and its location right by the sea is definitely an advantage. There is also secure parking in the underground garage, a large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, and a washing machine, which was very convenient during our stay. The reception staff deserve special recognition. Dimitri, the young lady at the reception, and the tall young man were exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional. They did everything they could to assist us, and they were by far the best part of our experience. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The apartment does not fully match the photos shown in the listing. The living room is missing the coffee table that appears in the advertised photos. The sofa is made of old artificial leather that is peeling badly and should be replaced. Only the living room and one bedroom have air conditioning. The second bedroom, located inside the apartment, has no air conditioning at all, making it uncomfortable during hot summer nights. In addition, the air-conditioning units are extremely noisy and significantly disturb sleep. The biggest disappointment is that the owner does not mention that Apartment A2 (the one with the green terrace furniture and garden view) is located directly underneath the restaurant. Every evening, until around midnight, and often until 1:00 a.m., there is constant noise from moving tables and chairs. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is definitely the wrong choice, and I cannot recommend it. Another inconvenience is that one of the bedroom windows, positioned close to the ceiling, cannot be properly covered, allowing daylight into the room early in the morning. Our stay was also affected by an extraordinary event. On 21 July, a severe tornado struck Saranda, causing extensive damage to our car.
