A five-star experience

Everything was up to standard, although the hotel is four stars, it is not inferior to a five star hotel. Nice designer room with a view of the sea, good soundproofing of windows and doors. Wide and beautiful room and service areas. Cleanliness at a super level, daily cleaning and change of towels. Breakfast and the restaurant are at the same level, beautiful, clean, tidy, cozy. Staff and owners are responsive and kind! I recommend it and will visit it again. I rarely come across hotels of such a level. Thank you for the experience!

Great Hotel

Excellent hotel. Great bed, a/c worked brilliantly, room and bathroom well designed and stocked. Staff always helpful whenever we asked for anything. Good location a few minutes away from the main busy area.

The nightclub next door is awful. Was a shame that we couldn't sleep with the doors open because of the noise, but there was no noise with the doors closed.

Amazing vacation.

The location was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and always available. We had a a beach/city view from our room which was spectacular. Rooms are modern, super clean and very comfortable. Close to the city to enjoy night life. The hotel has a night club as well which provides great entertainment.

Demo Hotel was clean, luxurious, and perfectly located right on the beach with incredible views of the Albanian Riviera,

It’s right on the beach, and even has its personal beach with staff that provide food and drink service.

The nightclub right outside, but the music stops at midnight. It’s really not as bad after a while, you get used to it.

Absolutely wonderful

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast was very good, The restaurant was clean and very good, staff was very welcoming and nice. The beach was really good and an extra bonus point for the pool boys, always ready to serve or answer any question. The room was big and bright with two balconies. Recommend sea view. We just loved the overall experience and will hopefully come back

The hotel is located on the beach so there is noise in the evening and sometimes at night from nearby clubs and traffic. It did not bother me, but i recommend bringing earplugs or noise canceling headphones if you are sensitive to it

I loved the food at Demi Hotel , it is expensive but good quality. The rooms were clean , sheets changed every day and one supplementary water every day. I love the breakfast had many choices, and loved the fresh squeezed orange juice.

Unfortunately I was placed on the ground floor which I didn’t hVe the view I expected. I also expected magnifying mirror as have always been available at four star hotel, for the ladies is a must especially. A bit disappointed on not checking on shampoos being empty when new guest arrive, this was amended quickly once asked the staff. They also forgot to leave water bottle one day. It is important to be consistent and attention to detail. i do believe for a 4 star hotel in term to improve on providing a selection of dairy free milk for people who are intolerance to dairy such as almond, coconut and soya milk.

Everything was exceptional from the view to the room to Bella. Breakfast was small but good. The pool boys were fabulous and the beach was amazing.

It was VERY noisy until midnight due to local bars/clubs. There’s not enough storage in the bedroom so struggled to unpack. Shame about the pool, feels like more of a bar feature than something usable (everytime I tried to use it it was closed).

Qëndruam për dy netë dhe gjithçka ishte perfekte – nga pritja e ngrohtë në recepsion, pastërtia e dhomës, deri te mëngjesi i pasur dhe i shijshëm. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, would stay here again.

Amazing location in Sarandë. Really nice, new, clean, modern feeling rooms. The balcony view rooms straight on the water were amazing! The staff was super nice. Breakfast was delicious. And onsite parking was great. The little lot gets congested at times but an attendant was always on site to sort things out. Supermarket & ATM right across the street.

A few reviews mentioned noise/music being heard from nearby clubs or beach bars. We didn’t have any of that but they play music in the hallways for ambience. I found the hallway music a little loud at times but nothing terrible.

The construction next (in) the hotel is sometimes loud during the day (it will be ready soon). The music from the party boats and the center is sometimes too loud at night, the terrace door must be kept closed

Not great!

We liked the fact that there was a pebble beach that we could relax at that was owned by the hotel. The location was great! Breakfast was lovely.

When we arrived we were told our room was not ready, we went and relaxed on their beach. We went back at 3:15pm and we were told our room was ready and given the key to our room. Unfortunately the room had lots of issues: 1.It was dirty, hair and dirt everywhere, 2.no hand soap was provided, 3.towels were dirty, 4.bedsheets had been changed but were soaking wet. We told the reception staff and they then said that the room had not been cleaned. I didn't understand why they let us into the room if it had not been cleaned. We didn't want to argue so we told them it's OK can someone please clean it. We went out for a couple of hours, came back to the room and found we still had dirty towels and no hand soap. Went downstairs and asked reception for soap and towels. The guy seemed annoyed that I asked him for these things. The soap was half full, but we were happy to finally have a clean room with clean towels. There was no apology from staff. We felt like we had inconvenienced them strangely. Overall we left Sarande feeling a bit deflated.

Perfect Stay at Demi Hotel

Everything was very good The hotel is very clean and new Staff are very attentive, private beach is clean and clear water The view from the bedroom with panoramic view for the sea was fabulous The restaurant at the beach had the best food quality at Sarande after trying 6-7 restaurants with prefect pasta and seafood dishes

The choices in breakfast are bit limited , one thing I didn’t like that Ham and beef sausages were in the same pot ( this is a problem for Halal food ), I did not know that I can have omelette until the 3rd day Despite that the staff in the breakfast restaurant are excellent especially the lady who is very responsive

no kettle in the room. basic water is chargeable. no complementary water per day. it is very pricey as even during off season the room rent was very high. nothing to do during this time.
