Convenient distance from hospital. Within walking distance 10 15 mins. Very warm welcome to property , very helpful owner of guest house. Fridge and microwave in dining room for residents use. Own key to front door so independent. Important because never knew what time would be coming and going due to his illness.owner of property very kind and helpful to me at a stressful time in my life. Is am really grateful for her kindness to me. Will choose to come again if I need to stay in Cambridge.comfortable mattress.

Some people may find front rooms a little noisy from traffic but I was so tired I slept soundly in comfortable bed.

Close to hospital - good location

Too close to traffic but once your room Faces the back garden it’s fine

I was a little apprehensive about staying here given the mixed reviews online however it was perfectly fine for the price payed. Nothing special but certainly nothing to complain about. While its not super central to city center it is a very good location if you have a hospital appointment (which i did) the area was pretty quiet as well and the room facilities were nice.

Mattress was so solid it felt like i was sleeping on a wooden plank. If you are roomed downstairs then you can hear every single movement of the people upstairs the creaky floorboards and banging were unbearable at times. There should be an option for putting a do not disturb sign on the door if you do want your room cleaned. Do not like that i came back the room had been cleaned and all my things had been moved, would make me hesitant to leave anything valuable in there.
