Nice warm clean room lovely decorated,friendly staff . 10 minutes walk to harbour.

Would like to have had fruit or yogurt as well as a English breakfast . Would of liked decaf tea and coffee in room

Lovely traditional B&B Great host, comfy bed, tea and coffee in the room. Big TV . Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect, nice and quiet yet only a short walk from the centre and round the corner from Hoe park .

Great stay.

Staff were very friendly. I had to contact them regarding the change to my arrival time due to traffic. I didn't stay the second night as my granddaughter who was coming with me was poorly. So I decided to go home early. Staff tried to persuade me to stay.

Lovely opportunity to sit on the Hoe for hours, Plymouth being my city of birth.

I struggled with 6 flights of stairs up to the top of the house. As I am awaiting knee surgery (both knees now replaced) Up and down the stairs was all very painful and needed planning, LGg apart from that Jewells was fine.

The room was so clean and the bed very comfortable. USB sockets, which was a life saver because we forgot to pack a plug. Breakfast service was very efficient and the breakfast itself was lovely

very professional. staff was great. Very professional. comfortable. single beds was so relaxed. very clean tidy. great facilities like home from home. Breakfast was really good had everything from cereal / cooked breakfast bacon sausages egg beans toast. /fruit/ yogarts jam everything was really nice. staff was wonderful I'd love to say a big thank you to staff I'd definitely stay again 100.percent spotless could not fault any think you wanna stay there close to ammenaties an shops even beach I'ts fantastic thank you once again brilliant value for money.

Good value for money, great location and lovely host but wouid rather pay more and get a little luxury

The host was lovely and the breakfast was great, also room was clean.

Bed was a bit hard and the pillow lumpy, slight musty smell on entrance to building, also kettle smelt of burning and was hard to use because of the short lead.

Fantastic stay. Would 1000% stay again if we come back to Plymouth

Lovely clean room with everything you need and a fantastic sized tv which you don’t usually get in B&Bs. The owners were so friendly and the location is fantastic, pretty much in the centre with a nice 10 min walk to the Barbican. The breakfast was amazing and the choice was really good! I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were on the top floor so had 6 flights to go up and down which was hard work however that was my error in not requesting Lower floors
