Very friendly, great value for money

The guy on reception was extremely helpful. We arrived after cycling all day and he couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. He helped us with our bikes into storage and then up to our room. He recommended places to eat that was close and it was perfect Thank you so much for being so kind

A hidden gem, very clean and friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and fresh. The reception staff were delightful. They showed us around the hotel ans explained hiw breakfast worked. Put us at ease.

Great stay, Superb value for money.

Our rooms were spacious and very clean 7 well presented. Also well equipped for all our needs. The disabled facilities were great. Friendly staff & helpful.

Breakfast was not available, and the coffee machine was also not in use.

One night stop over

Nice big family room. The fact that there was a kitchenette was great. Easy to find off the main road, had a big Lecler shop across the car park. Ideal for what we needed, which was a one night stop over on a long drive. Kids loved the bunk beds with the sliding doors on them, which was added safety and peace of mind for me.

No air-conditioning. Was a humid evening and only had a desk fan.

The room was very pretty and spacious, lovely view outside, great wifi, the kitchenette was well-equipped, nice towel warmer in the bathroom, there's a huge supermarket, organic supermarket, laundromat and other shops and restaurants in the same plaza, and Laurent (I hope I'm spelling this correctly) was very helpful and kind.

location good, easy access for on/off motorway. manager at reception extremely friendly and helpful. surprised with amount of appliances within the room, if staying again would be more prepared. food and drink within walking distance

Lousy service. Don't trust on electrical charging of vehicles.

Place was clean. That's about all the advantage I can think of.

I fell ill in the morning on check out date. I couldn't stay an extra night because it was booked, fair enough. Check out time was 9:30 (which I think is pretty early) I then asked for a later check out. 12h was ok mentioned the receptionist. Only later that guy wanted to charge me an extra 20 euro for a late check out. I call that rather sneaky because that wasn't mentioned before. Also the hotel description mentions electrical charging possible for vehicles. That's only half true. The supermarket next door offers half hour charging with a regular plug (Schuko, not type 2 so really slow charging), which in my case didn't work. In all I find the service pretty terrible.

L'emplacement au cœur d'une zone commerciale avec restaurants, cinéma, centre culturel... et pourtant le calme incroyable de la résidence. Propreté impeccable, lit confortable et accueil très convivial. Top !
