Very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable room on ground floor, good wifi, animal friendly. Nice pool. In heart of a small village with nice walks and a good boulangerie / patisserie nearby. Good parking. Very quiet. Easy to access even though we arrived late - the host messaged us with instructions and a door code.

It is a shame that the swimming pool didn't open before 9am. We would have liked to go for an early morning swim before setting off, but we didn't have time.

Large room and great size bed. Very comfortable. Room had air conditioning which was essential considering the temperature outside was 35 ish. Restaurant was good. Pool was lovely. Everything was spotless.

We arrived late to the hotel because of a delay in our Ferry crossing. The staff Ould not have been ore helpful in making sure we had access tocarparking and to our room, even though Reception was closed for the night.

In general, we liked it, a delicious French breakfast, a comfortable place.

Spacious room, comfortable mattresses, the room had a kettle, coffee and tea, Breakfast with fresh pastries, private parking, a convenient size pool to which you need to go through the courtyard. But I can definitely recommend this hotel!

When the restaurant was celebrating, it was a bit noisy in our room. Very cold floor in the toilet, you must have your own slippers.

Good

Lots of activities to do at this hotel - pool, sauna, gym room, onside restaurant and bar (although these are closed on Sunday evenings). Rooms are in chalet blocks with private parking nearby - each has a little seating area & there is also terrace seating in the communal areas. Rooms/bathrooms are a good size. Tea/coffee making facilities in room although as usual there were no creamers! Breakfast was good.

No aircon - room was very stuffy. We could open the main door & patio-style doors to get some air in but as we were on the ground floor we didn't want to do that overnight. Restaurant closed from 1.30 on a Sunday & nowhere else was open when we arrived at 2 (we should probably have anticipated this). Only 1 pizza restaurant & 2 take aways opened on a Sunday night for a limited time (which were v busy) & the hotel bar was also shut by the time we got back (although the manager did kindly get us a drink). Staff were great but there definitely weren't enough on duty

This hotel provided us with the perfect stay over half way to the ferry at Cherbourg.

Great location in the middle of the small town. The rooms were clean. One of the rooms had been recently decorated and was very nice with a wonderful shower. There was tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and a lovely selection of complimentary toiletries which was much appreciated. The breakfast was vey substantial. There was ample car parking in the hotel car park which was locked at night for added security.

Our newly decorated room had a very bad damp smell which was unfortunate. It was so bad we had to leave the window open during the night. The older room was very noisy. When someone in the neighbouring room decided to go to the bathroom and have a shower in the middle of the night it woke us up.

Very nice hotel. Excellent stop over!

It was a great hotel for a stop over en route to Cherbourg. We stopped as a family with two young kids. The hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The swimming pool was a lovely facility after the driving. You could drive up right next to your hotel room. Parking behind the hotel

The only thing to say it was lashing rain when we were there so to get to our room and pool etc we had to go outside in the rain. Some of the hotel rooms are more like apartments behind the hotel. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

A slight mix up with the bookings due to Booking.com but the director of the hotel quickly resolved the issue.
