Luxury Apartment * Immo's House*

De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn heel vriendelijke mensen. We kregen bij aankomst een uitgebreide uitleg over de stad met enkele aanbevelingen. Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige buurt, ruim, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en overtrof onze verwachtingen. Bovendien was er airco in woon- en slaapkamer, wat goed van pas kwam tijdens de warme dagen en nachten. Als je op zoek bent naar gezellige plek met huiselijk karakter als accommodatie tijdens je verblijf in Palermo, dan is dit zeker een aanrader!

There was no parking, only paid on street parking. Although the owner was very helpful with that, but I think this should be explicit in the booking details

- the position of the appartment - several balconies with a magnificient views - easy transport to Mondelo beach- direct bus stop less than 5 min walk - the owner was perfect, very helpful and kind given my basic italian - kitchen is well equiped, water in the fridge

We had a fantastic experience with the apartment and the hosts! They had provided - and prepared - a cot for our baby, the sofa bed was all made up and they gave us some great recommendations too. We had the best cannoli ever thanks to the recommendation they gave us. The views from the apartment are lovely, the location and neighbourhood are great, and there is a nice eatery right downstairs as well.
