Està ubicado ennuna zona de ocio nocturno. La noche de viernes y sabado hasta las 4 de la mañana habiabun ruido exterior que nobpermitimio nuestro descanso nocturno.

Milá majiteľka a komunikácia príjemná. Ubytovanie jednoduché nájsť aj sa ubytovať bolo bez problémov. Výťah je k dispozícii. Vybavenie bolo obstojné, nachádzala sa tu káva a aj minerálna voda v chladničke a základne vybavenie dostačujúce pre niekoľkočlennú partiu. V lete určite výhoda klimatizácii v každej miestnosti aj obývačke. Inak ubytovanie pekné, čisté. Určite by som ho odporučil na pár detailov. Lokalita je perfektná, všetky miesta sú blízko.
Teplá voda tiekla sporadicky, väčšinou sme mali studenú vodu. Lokalita je extrémna hlučná, my sme prišli v nedeľu a do pol štvrtej rána do pondelka hrala hudba. Poriadne sa vyspať tu môže byť problém. A to nie je ani sezóna, čiže v lete to musí byť extrém.

Location was great to walk to the city center, just 10 minutes away. There are restaurants and a supermarket around it. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable.
Although the location is not in the city center itself, it's in a corner between two streets full of lounge bars, so there is A LOT of noise until 2-3AM. Bring earplugs.
Kitchen is really small and lacks some basic stuff, microwave specially, and there is not enough kitchenware for the 6 possible guests (only 3 mugs, for example). Several items were dirty from previous use.
Hot water works intermitently in one of the showers, no issues on the other one.
