Tutto, la posizione vicinissima al centro, appartamento era spazioso, adatto ad 8 persone, bagno in ogni camera, Sergio host eccezionale, ci ha anticipato il check in all' arrivo a Palermo e il giorno della partenza, non avendo ospiti nuovi, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in appartamento fino alla sera, quindi abbiamo potuto girare tutto il giorno liberi dagli zaini, davvero carinissimo. Completo di tutto, biancheria da bagno e prodotti da bagno inclusi. Letti comodissimi! Proprio un' ottimo soggiorno!

Le camere che davano sulla strada erano rumorose, perché via Dante è molto trafficata, unica pecca

The location was quite central and walking distance to the main sights of Palermo and Tourist areas. It also was close to local restaurants, bakery and supermarket, as well as being close to Metro for easy transport to the airport. Communication with host was excellent, and he met us on arrival and departure. The room themselves were big and spacious, but all the windows were looked into the common basement, so it was quite dark. Rooms were very clean, but a bit bland.

What could have been better is the cooking facilities in the kitchen. With a group of 7 adults, what we want is the ability to cook or at least make breakfast. The dishwasher was broken...and has been since a review in 2023, and no alternative detergents or washing, drying clothes provided. To be fair, when requested the host did drop some in, but the few kitchen pots and crockery and cutlery were just jammed in a top cupboard, instead of being set out properly, with enough to supply a complete group. No point advertising a kitchen if it is not up to standard.

Haastige onvriendelijke host die ons de indruk gaf dat hij wilde dat we de volgende dag zo vroeg mogelijk zouden uitchecken. Informeerde hier 2x mondeling naar en terwijl wij duidelijk aangegeven hadden pas om 10.00 uit te checken ( conform informatie op de site) kregen we ‘s avonds opnieuw de vraag via what’s app hoe laat we uit wilden checken. Ook bij het inchecken was hij erg gehaast en nam nauwelijks de tijd om op ons te wachten bij het lopen van de parkeerplaats naar het appartement
