About this apartment rental
Duchi is a period apartment (from the 1930s) with its elegant and refined interiors, fully air-conditioned (and heated in winter), located in Via Giuseppe La Farina in the Libertà district, the city's shopping street and considered the most elegant and central of the city. At about 250 meters the Piazza Mordini (also called Piazza Croci) and the Via Libertà. In the same square the stops of the main city buses, as well as the shuttles to and from the Falcone Borsellino airport.
Located on the 1st floor (above the mezzanine level) of the building, the apartment can be reached via 3 flights of stairs (18 steps in total) and is characterized by the so-called carpet floors and high, curved and grouted vaults. With its approximately 160 square meters Duchi awaits you with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a large covered indoor terrace ideal for breakfasts and dinners in total privacy. Wifi television with viewing of all Sky TV programs. You will be greeted with welcome sweets made by my wife Sonia; we will offer you homemade jams (lemons, bitter oranges, etc. etc.), coffees in capsules throughout your stay, 1 bottle of wine (white "Grillo" / red "Nero d'Avola"), 2 bottles of mineral water (the water that comes out of the taps comes directly from the aqueduct of Palermo and is drinkable) and of the pancarré. A toaster and coffee machine are available for guests.

Very nice property and good location. Carlo was great host! He did everything so we feel welcome at his place, provided a lot of information on places to visit or to eat. Carlo also helped with parking garage that was just about 300ft away and very safe. Many restaurants and markets around the house. We would recommend this place!Thank you Carlo for your hospitality!

Our second visit to this fabulous apartment in a safe area of Palermo. Carlo and his wife are excellent hosts who are kind and caring and always available to assist. The apartment is a true gem with balconies and a lovely private alfresco to sit outdoors. It is spotlessly clean, appointed beautifully with so much attention to detail. It has everything you need and more! The hosts have thought of everything. On arrival you also receive fresh welcome pastries, wine and more. We love Duchi and so will you!

Perfect Sicilian getaway!! Our family had a great time staying at the Duchi accommodation. Great setup for a large group or family. Carlos was hands diwn the best host we've had! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the stay, offering tons of local suggestions food, sightseeing, etc. The flat was well equiped with all essentials and more, as well as sweet surprises like wine, jam, and biscuits!! Thank you Carlos was taking such great care of us!

Carlo was a fantastic host! The apartment is large, clean, and many of the rooms are air conditioned.
