Baron’s Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Barons Suites. The location was excellent—just outside the city center, which meant it was quieter and had a more local feel while still being very convenient for exploring Palermo. The neighborhood was nice, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, and the train station was only about a 6-minute walk away. There were also public buses available close by. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated, modern, and very tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the thoughtful Sicilian touches throughout the apartment, including the dishes and kitchen supplies. Everything felt carefully chosen and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and the TV and other amenities made the apartment feel like a true home away from home. There were also lots of thoughtful extras: complimentary water, coffee, and candy, as well as oil, salt, and sugar. The cappuccino machine was a particular favorite! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and even gave us a lovely parting gift, which was such a nice personal touch.

We genuinely have nothing negative to say about our stay. We would absolutely recommend Barons Suites to anyone visiting Palermo and would happily stay here again!

Sehr netter Vermieter ! Er hat uns mit viel Mühe bei der Urlaubsplanung geholfen und hat sogar einen Übersetzer organisiert. Wir durften am Abreisetag die Koffer in der Unterkunft lassen bis wir zum Flughafen konnten, was super freundlich war und ein klasse Service. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ein Bett und zwei Nachttische vorhanden. Die Küche war in der Mitte der beiden Zimmer und man konnte den Kühlschrank und die Küche nutzen.

Es war etwas sporadisch eingerichtet. Leider ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, da der obere Teil der Zimmerwand nur mit einem Glas getrennt ist und eine Lücke hat, somit hört man die Gespräche aus der Küche bzw. Im Zimmer. Wir hätten uns einen Ganzkörperspiegel gewünscht, leider gab es nur einen kleinen im Bad. Auch ein Schrank für die Kleidung oder ein Tisch um etwas abstellen zu können im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Das kann aber bestimmt einfach nachrüstet werden.

En premier lieu, l’excellent support, le superbe accueil et la réelle bienveillance de Giuseppe et de Vincenzo avant et pendant notre séjour au Baron’s Suites ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre voyage à Palerme. Le quartier et la résidence sont calmes. Vous pouvez aller et venir à toute heure en toute sécurité. La situation géographique est excellente avec de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants à proximité, le tout à distance à pied raisonnable de tous les sites à visiter. Les 4 logements que nous avons loué sont tous confortables et bien équipés : literie, salle de bain et équipement de la cuisine partagée entre deux appartements à chaque étage. La climatisation est récente et fonctionne très bien. L’accès à l’immeuble et à chaque appartement est facile et très bien sécurisé. Pour couronner le tout, les attentions pleines de gentillesse de la part de Vincenzo ont été très appréciées par nous toutes et tous. Foi de voyageurs : à ce niveau, c’est exceptionnel !

Simplement une recommandation pour les voyageurs qui louent un véhicule : comme presque partout à Palerme, il est extrêmement difficile de garer une voiture dans la rue et même dans le quartier.
