Cilea Apartments

Secure parking right at the door of Apartment, always opens with a keypad. Very modern, clean. Everything thought of. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great bench for bags as well as hanging space. Supermarket very close by. Panificio for fresh bread close in other direction. The train is 10 mins walk away. A train into city is only 2 stops. Approx every half an hour

The front door access let the property down. Sometimes it just wouldn’t open, after multiple attempts at keying in the code. Eventually it opened. The bathroom door is a design fault. A bifold door that is noisy to move & folds into the toilet.

Everything was perfect — Laura is a perfect host ;) So many thoughtful touches! And the flat is really great! The only negative point is that it’s a little bit far from the city center, but we chose this flat because we thought we would rent a car, so the description is completely accurate :-) This flat is a safe place — you can book with confidence!

Bathroom looked great with mostly excellent water pressure but there was no way to shower and keep the floor dry

An sich schöne und gut eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit kostenlosem Parkplatz im Innenhof, jedoch leider extrem hellhörig

Überhaupt nichts für geräuschempfindliche Menschen, schlafen ist da unmöglich! Die Wände dämpfen überhaupt keinen Schall aus den Nachbarapartments. Im ÜBERNÄCHSTEN! Apartment war eine Familie mit Kleinkindern, die um 1:00 nachts rumgelaufen sind und man hat alles gehört, als wären sie im selben Raum gewesen. Habe das der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, das hat sie aber nicht interessiert. Auch das leise Unterhalten und der Gang auf die Toilette vom Nachbarn hört man alles eindeutig. Wenn man nicht empfindlich für Geräusche ist, ist das eine tolle Wohnung, leider nichts für uns.
