Politeama Luxury Suite

The introduction to the property upon arrival. Liked the quiet location yet central to everything.

Kitchen was a bit tight and awkward. No streaming service provided.

Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation, despite its location in a busy area with numerous bars, cafés and restaurants, within walking distance of central Palermo. We felt safe spending time in this area both during the day, and in the evening, and found it easy to travel further afield to Mondello and Trapani by bus and coach, and Cefalu by train, as it was well situated for using public transport. The Aircon was extremely efficient!

Communication with our host in Palermo would have been much easier, had I initially made contact with the provider by phone, instead of using the Booking.com messaging facility. Once we had each others details on WhatsApp, our host was really helpful and responsive. Not the fault of the accommodation provider, but our first nights' sleep was disturbed several times by someone ringing our doorbell using the intercom during the early hours. At our hosts' suggestion, we adjusted the intercom to 'silent', and slept perfectly for the remainder of our stay!

Centrally located with excellent new facilities ie bathroom and kitchen.
