Großes Apartment in super Lage, sehr ruhig, der Host war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Modern, clean, great location

Slightly sparsely furnished but nothing missing so stay wasn’t spoiled. TV wasn’t working when we arrived. Host immediately had it checked and replaced with a new one with all the main streaming platforms.

Проблемы с горячей водой, она была то холодная то теплая, горячей не было вообще. В ванной нет геля для душа. Ночью шел дождь и протек потолок над душевой кабинкой.Кондиционер в спальне не переключался на теплый воздух, поэтому было прохладно, при этом теплого одеяла в апартаментах нет.При входе нет ничего для того, чтобы повесить верхнюю одежду.

Excellent location and great communication with the host. We needed to store our luggage somewhere for a few hours. The host found a solution, and we thank them for that

It was a major inconvenience for us that the main entrance door had only one key shared among three apartments. This key had to always remain in a lockbox, meaning every time we wanted to enter, we had to enter the code, take the key out to open the entrance door, and then put the key back into the lockbox. How hard can it be to provide an entrance key on every keychain?! Another inconvenience was that the electricity is activated by a key attached to the apartment's keychain. This key cannot be removed from the keychain. So, you either have power but no keys, or you have keys but no power. What kind of a solution is that?! If one of us decided to return earlier and another later – how are they supposed to get in? Wake up everyone else to open the door for them? There is practically no internet because there is only one router above the main entrance door which serves all three apartments. The signal does not even reach this apartment. You can't even load a single webpage, let alone get any work done. There is hot water but it takes time to reach the shower.
