Arredamento nuovo e funzionale, cura dei dettagli, vista, posizione e accessori dell'appartamento.
Lo staff ha richiesto troppe azioni per il check-in, ha richiesto la compilazione di un form per i dati e firma di un contratto di locazione. Gestione delle chiavi di accesso da rivedere. Prodotti per la casa non sempre disponibili.

Estuvimos todos los dias sin conexion wifi en el apartamento. No le daban solucion, y nos comunicaron que se remuneraria parcialmente por este hecho y ni responden ni obviamnete han remunerado nada. Si dices algo, debes cumplirlo. Si no, no digas nada.

L'appartamento e molto grande, luminoso, pulito e nuovo con aria condizionata centralizzata super fresco e vista su centro, posizionato sulla via piu centrale di Palermo, in una zona molto tranquilla. Mezzi di trasporto abbastanza vicini come stazione centrale di palermo e lolli che sono ben collegate con le citta di mare.
Servizio clienti completamente assente si tratta di una agenzia, Per un soggiorno di 10 giorni ,un unico asciugamano a testa e troppo poco. Manca lavatrice e non e ben chiaro dove buttare l'immondizia, portiere un po maleducato pero servizio 24 h che ti fa sentire al sicuro.
