Modern villa on two floors, for a total of 155 sq. m., perfect for up to 7 people with 3 double rooms (with one added single bed), two bathrooms. The outdoor area boasts a private swimming pool and a furnished garden for your exclusive use. It’s an ideal solution for those looking to pass a relaxing holiday in a quiet area overlooking the lake.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
You enter the property, which is partly fenced, via a gate leading to the car park. The private garden is around 2000 sq. m. and has tall plants surrounding the rectangular pool, 8x4 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, with a solarium complete with a shower, sunbeds and beach umbrellas. A covered portico with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals, can be found at the entrance to the villa.Interior
The house has a ground floor, an attic floor and a basement floor all internally linked. The main entrance is on the ground floor. Once through the ample furnished portico, you get to the living and dining room with a large fireplace and satellite TV, a kitchen in a separate space, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a spacious double bedroom with one extra single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor you will find a covered parking space, washing area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Casa Evelina is in a quiet position, near a small, charming village called Tuoro and has a beautiful panoramic view reaching Lake Trasimeno and the whole Val di Chiana up to Mount Amiata.
