This wide and welcoming five rooms lodging on the first floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen and fireplace, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends.
The apartment is furnished with a great care and has been beautifully restored according to the original style, retaining many period features such as the exposed wooden beams and the terra-cotta floor.
The comfortable living room has two sofas and is an inviting space to sit back and relax.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private gazebo in the garden with outdoor table and chairs.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

The WiFi connection is available only in a limited area of the farmhouse.

Residenze San Martino is an ideal base for visiting Perugia, one of the most historical and artistic towns in the middle of Italy, Cortona, Assisi and Montepulciano.
The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.
