About this house rental
Beautiful and bright vacation home located 3 km from San Feliciano, overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The house is on two levels: On the first floor there is a large living room with panoramic terrace, a large kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom which can become a double bed, another twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the lower floor there is a double room with bathroom and shower, this has access to the veranda overlooking the lake. The two floors are connected by internal and external stairs. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. You can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace in front of the living area and overlooking Lake Trasimeno or take your meals outside on the large terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful garden, here you can relax reading a book or sunbathing. The house is ideal for families and groups of friends who like to spend their vacations together. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno are 700 meters and San Feliciano is only 3 km away, from there you can embark to Isola Polvese and Maggiore. Not far from the house runs the bike path of the lake. Ideal starting point to discover the lake, the traditional festivals, music festivals, the typical cuisine and the exquisite wines and olive oils of the region. There are 4 bicycles available in the house.

Clean, large size house for the 8 in our family visiting for a week at the end of an Italy trip. Lots of space, beautiful views of the lake and close for swimming and staying cool in constant 34 degree weather. Ideal jump spot for other hill top towns in including Siena, Assisi, Montelpuchino. The outdoor deck for sunset dinners was amazing, even with the few mosquitos, covered with coils, so not a real issue. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to other family already.
