About this apartment rental
This wide four rooms lodging on the first floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen and fireplace, two double bedrooms one triple bedroom and two bathrooms. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends.
The living room has a small balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and the beautiful countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has been beautifully restored according to the original style, retaining many period features such as an ancient brick fireplace and the exposed wooden beams.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private gazebo in the garden with outdoor table and chairs.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.

A great find. The owners were accommodating with a 10.30pm arrival although with 4 adults, 2 children and a baby after a long day I would have appreciated the beds made up. Perhaps I did not scrutinise the listing sufficiently as I would also have paid more to have had a few basics, milk, bread, washing up liquid etc. The shop was not far but having essentials would have made it more relaxed.
The weather was very hot and Tania was obliging in getting us another fan which was much appreciated.
The swimming pool was a must and the children loved their frequent dips.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Passignano and this property was beautiful! Nice big kitchen, grocery store across the street, friendly and very attentive hosts. Bring your own dish soap/towel, olive oil, S&P. There is a pool that is open in the summer and the common area has a ping pong table and other fun games.

We had a lovely 5 day stay here for a friend's wedding in nearby Passignano. We were travelling with 2 other families, all with small children and it was perfect for the few days we were here. The pool was always really clean, plenty of open space to play football, and some slides and swings to keep the little ones entertained. The apartment was spacious and clean, and we were met on arrival and given a thorough tour and some useful information on the local restaurants etc. Definitely worth having a car to stay here as it's a bit of a walk to the local shops and restaurants, and taxis are a rarety!
