About this house rental
Self catering bungalow in calm neighbourhood with air conditioning. A short and easy 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach and the Marina of St' Ambroggio (mini market butcher, bakery, fishmonger, newsagent, restaurant, diving club, and boat rental). The semi-detached 3 room bungalow house of around 100 square metres (1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a large third bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, ceiling v-lux windows) all with air conditioning.
It benefits from a terrace covered from the shade with a pergola and a private garden with artificial grass. The rooms and bathroom benefit from windows on the ceiling and not the side, whereas the living room has large glass doors providing access to the terrace. It is equipped with all comforts required for a relaxed family holiday. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is very spacious and could easily accomodate six or even eight persons. Aircondition worked great which was a big deal as it was very hot at the beginning and the end of our stay. The house is located 400 m from the beach, the boulangerie and a few small shops. A small supermarket si 800 m away. The village itself is not very remarkable, but Algajola (5 min by car), Île Rousse (15 min) and Calvi (15 min) more than make up for that. There are at least 10 gorgious beaches within a 20 min drive, each different from the other. Great not only for kids! We missed Spado beach though - a lovely rock beach just around the corner (albeit on a very bumpy road). Maybe next time...

I was looking for a place which will accommodate my small family (1 adult and two children, 8 and 10), that was not far from the airport, close to the beach and access to shops and amenities. This was perfect, very spacious (we could have been 8 there). The beach was very close, the shops really nice and with a good restaurant for the lazy parents. The Marina is great, we managed to rent a boat and went for a tour. There are also Tennis court in the area (5 mns) and we managed to rent a court for few hours and played together. There are also great restaurant to visit if you have a car. In the nearby, you also can organise walking for few hours in the mountain and close to rivers. Great holidays (we stayed 4 days) and the house is really nice.
