About this house rental
Hidden from everyone, semi-detached from the neighboring houses, the villa is 2 minutes 'walk from the turquoise blue beach of the Sant Ambroggio and 4 minutes' walk from shops and the marina.
INTERIOR: _
- large living room of 35 m², flat screen TV, stereo and DVD, WIFI
- a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
- 1 large room for two people with 2 beds of 90cm to be pushed together or not, large closet, private shower room.
- 1 bedroom for two people with a 140cm bed and a large closet and a shower room with WC
- a shared WC.
Note that a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds is available at an additional cost on request or in the event that the number of occupants exceeds 4 people excluding children lying on an extra mattress to be brought by the tenants.
OUTSIDE:
- Sea side, 80 m² terrace with sea view through the pines, pergola, barbecue, 1 table 8 to 10 people and a table 4 people in exotic wood, 3 sun loungers, outdoor shower.
- On the mountain side, the bedrooms open onto a second terrace of around 70 m2 with 1 square table for 4 people and a round table for 4 to 6 people.

THE ENVIRONMENT
The shops of the marine and the marina are 4 minutes walk. Outdoor municipal swimming pool equipped with two swimming pools with sea water, boat rental, diving, tennis ... Departure of walks in the maquis without taking your car.

Plane: Calvi Airport is 16 km away
Boat: the port of Ile Rousse at 14 kms.
Train: The train that links Calvi to Bastia or Ajaccio, via Ponte Leccia, stops 10 minutes on foot.
Car: 2 spaces in private parking.

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely house as a family with four kids and loved it!
It’s a two minute walk to a wonderful beach and the house is equipped with everything you need.
The huge terace with its sea view makes eating outside very enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly.
