About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, 800 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in the commune of Lumio.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room
- Shower room with WC
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine :
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 25 m² north-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Places to relax, swimming and water sports (Marine de Sant'Ambroggio, Plage de l'Arinella, Plage du Pain de Sucre)
- Walks and hikes along the coastal and customs paths, in the scrubland around the village or in the abandoned village of Occi

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (space no. 63).
