House of 50 m2 completely renovated in 2018, in the green and very sought after marine Sant'Ambroggio, between Calvi and Ile Rousse, 12 km from Calvi airport.
It can accommodate 6 people: 160 bed in the master suite, 2 single beds including a mezzanine in the 2nd bedroom, bed 140 retractable in the living room.
It has many elements of comfort: air conditioning, separate toilet, many closets, 2 bathrooms, one in the master suite, washing machine, TV, BB bed, hairdryer.
The linen and towels are available.
The modern kitchen, open to the living room, is well equipped: oven + microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, combined refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle.
The bay window of the living room gives access to a large terrace, partly covered by a pergola that guarantees freshness in summer. A small side terrace, with sea view, is equipped with a solar shower for the return of the beach.
Direct access to the sea: creek 100 m, 6 'walk from the beach, 10' from the port, shops and the free municipal swimming pool, all without road to cross, for the safety of children.
Parking reserved for residents at about twenty meters.
