About this house rental
Lovely house in the heart of a marina, renovated in 2016, ideally located 12 km from Calvi and Ile-Rousse, in Balagne. It is made up of 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms, a living room with American kitchen, a bathroom, a large terrace with sea view and 2 gardens. A first garden at the back of the house in bloom with traditional Corsican flowers and plants and a second at the bottom of the terrace with outdoor shower and barbecue.
Bedrooms :
A large bedroom on the ground floor with en160 bed and a desk (with folding baby bed if necessary)
A classic bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed
Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds
The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have large closets.
Terrace:
A large table with extension (6/8 guests) and parasol

The navy has its own port and shops (5 to 10 minutes on foot), tennis courts, a communal swimming pool and also offers the possibility of renting a boat. To swim, you have the choice between the beach, one of the most sheltered in Balagne, and many small coves.

We loved our stay in this nice cottage. It is clean, has air condition and is close to the beach. The beds are comfy and you can also enjoy time on the terrace.
