About this house rental
Air-conditioned apartment completely renovated in 2012, located between Calvi and Ile Rousse 300m from a pretty white sand beach and 500m from a marina with shops (grocery store, bakery, butcher, cafe, hairdresser, press house, restaurant ...) as well as a pleasant marina. The apartment is part of a residence of only 3 apartments. A 10m by 6m swimming pool is for the exclusive use of residents. The apartment is located at the end of a dead end and is perched on top of a promontory. Exceptional view from the terrace located due east where you can admire the sunrise and enjoy the shade in the hottest hours. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the sunset in front of a very fresh Corsican rosé!
Located between sea and mountain, Sant Ambroggio allows you to enjoy all the maritime and nautical activities but also to soak up all the authenticity of the small villages that you will cross as well as the scents of the maquis during your hikes or visits. You can also benefit from swimming in the fresh waters of streams (Fango 30 kms) or during your walks in the Bonifato forest (15 kms).
Without forgetting the picturesque 'little train' (stop at 200m) which will take you to Calvi or Ile Rousse and which will allow you to discover part of the Balagne coasts along them.
You will find a supermarket at the entrance of Ile Rousse and 2 others in Calvi. Internet connection provided.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille qui fut très agréable malgré quelques couacs qui ont été pris en charge toujours très rapidement. La terrasse et la vue sont magnifiques ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement idéal. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants tout était parfait (table langer, lit parapluie, chaise haute, air climatisée, 2 salles de bain complètes avec bain et douche) très propre et moderne. La vue est magnifique et la terrasse plus qu’agréable. Cuisine avec tout l’équipement et grand salon. La piscine est très grande et belle. Quelques commerces et petite plage accessibles à pied. Magnifiques plages et restaurants tout près en voiture. Jacques et son fils sont très gentil rapides et disponibles. Merci encore pour le sublime panier de produits lors de l’arrivée. Nous recommandons et voulons déjà retourner.

Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse agréable et une cuisine moderne bien équipée. Bien situé dans un quartier calme. La piscine est aussi un atout supplémentaire.
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la découverte de cette magnifique région.
Jacques et Isabelle sont des hôtes charmants et très arrangeants. Un panier bien garni de produits régionaux nous attendait en cadeau de bienvenue.
C’est vraiment une location top que nous recommandons sans hésitation!
