First and foremost, i need to call out the extreme kindness and respecting employees from réception desk and the restaurant, always wearing a genuine smile on their faces, that made it for the best experience so far in Japan.

Located right beside one of the Komagatake Ropeway bus stops. Hotel offers free pick up to and from the Komagane train station or the bus interchange station from Shinjuku. Spacious room and good indoor/outdoor onsen for soaking after hiking Komagatake. Omakase dinner service was fantastic
