Lovely staff, great location for the mountain hikes, amazing dining area.
Onsen and rooms a bit tired, value for money not as good as other places.

First and foremost, i need to call out the extreme kindness and respecting employees from réception desk and the restaurant, always wearing a genuine smile on their faces, that made it for the best experience so far in Japan.
