接待工作人员特别认真负责。我们四位老人家既不懂日语也不懂英文，咨询的问题多、需要协助的地方也特别多。从还没入住到正式入住全程，工作人员都耐心又细致，热心帮我们联系车辆、预约门票等，全程贴心帮忙安排，真的特别暖心感动。因时间关系，我们没看到桃花也没看到银河，但我们看到了日本人的善意和修养。 酒店餐食品质很好，尤其是晚餐菜品十分丰盛，就餐环境雅致舒适，用餐很有仪式感，整体体验特别好！

寝具がよく、ぐっすり眠れました。スタッフの方の丁寧な対応が行き届いている宿でした。
強いていうなら、食事のスタッフが外国の方ばかりで、説明がちょっと聞き取り辛かったです。

經典的日式早餐 和晚餐 很豐盛 很讚
大約晚上10點多，我們到櫃檯詢問是否可以買晚餐點的清酒，櫃檯人員表示不行。我們隨即表示沒關係，可以理解，然後就轉身離開。但是後來櫃檯人員又說了一些話，同行的朋友懂一點日文，聽懂櫃檯人員說的不是很客氣，意思是我們打擾他了。請問一下值班的人員不是要處理客人的問題嗎？我們只問了一個問題，過程只有一分鐘，居然表示我們的問題很失禮。這個插曲，我會不願意推薦朋友再去
