Die Unterkunft war sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten viel Platz und die Lage zum See war super.

Brand new facilities and everything was spotless.
Well equipped kitchen with plenty of complimentary coffee and tea. Location was phenomenal, right by the lake with amazing Mt. Fuji view.
There was no Netflix on the tv and we couldn't download the app. Also, the air conditioning was quite loud.

The property is new and the interior is modern with a good kitchen and open plan living/dining areas. Its very clean and the linen is well laundered. The location is close to Lake Suwa which has a good cycle and jogging path.
The layout of the property is odd. The toilet is next to the front door but the rest of the bathroom facilities are at the opposite corner of the house. From the outside it looks like there are two storeys but there is only one with a very high ceiling in the living area and a lot of wasted space. The additional checkin and checkout steps were a nuisance. Why are there two double beds in the bedroom? Are you expecting couples to cohabit?
