お客様ファーストを素直に感じられる対応でした！
私のミスで食事が申し込み時に反映されて無いにも関わらず最終日の朝食を手配していただき、とてもうれしかったです。 次回は夕食も楽しみたいと思います。 また、妻はハーフなので大浴場をいやがりますが 内風呂の檜風呂に感激していました！ 感謝です！
