"Authentic, warm, traditional, lovely and quiet. The staff became like family and loved being so close to the bus and great restaurants nearby and even a winery!"

The staff were very friendly. The room and onsen was exceptionally good and very authentically Japanese. We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer! And very convenient for hikes.

I arrived late and didn’t have the chance to fully enjoy the hotel. However the staff were very friendly, even tho they did not speak English. They take the time to translate through an app. The place is very calm and authentic. The bus stop is literally 5 min away, which is very convenient.
