Convenient location, view, cleanliness. Owners and neighbours are very friendly.  well equipped.  free on-road car parking.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the sea and restaurants. Flat has 2 toilets, lovely balcony with table & chairs, great view, well fitted-out kitchen, excellent shower, wifi and air conditioning. Pick up from airport, arranged before arrival, was very smooth. Cavtat is a beautiful town, very peaceful, lots of restaurants, good bus service, felt very safe. We loved the fact that although there are official beaches within 5-10 minutes walk, you can actually swim and sunbathe at most places along the coastline near the flat, sea shoes help with the rocky shore. We enjoyed jet-skiing, parasailing, sea kayaking, fairly reasonable prices. Dubrovnik is only a 45 minute bus ride away (costing €3.40 per adult). Such a beautiful old town! We enjoyed the Buggy Safari at the top of the Cable Car Ride as well as the Escape Room that was further into town.
Just be aware that the flat is on the top (third) floor so you will have to climb about 48 steps to get to it each time and the flat is uphill from the shore, you can either climb steps or walk a bit further along the road that slopes upwards. There is no washing machine but there are a few lines to hang wet clothes/ towels outside on the terrace by the front door. The lady owner, who lives downstairs, doesn't speak much English but she is very friendly and we were able to understand the information she wanted to give us.
