"Everything worked here. The host is genuinely kind — she welcomed us with homemade pastries, which were excellent, and offered us liqueur as well (we don't drink, so we didn't try it, but the gesture ..."

The location was good. It was close but not to far from Dubrovnik which helped by keeping you away from the horrible traffic even in late September. The host was right there when we showed up about 8 pm., keys in hand with some goodies for us to eat.
Parking is free but very limited and rather precarious due to a road (one lane/2 way alley) being within inches of the parking. Definitely there is beach within walking distance of the ‘hotel’ but it is not beachfront.
