Apartment Taura

It was in a beautiful area with the luxury of our own balcony to sit out on

Lots of steps to get there but that is how it has to be if you want to stay in the old city

Taura is in a great location, all the facilities you need. The bed was comfy and the balcony is fabulous for breakfast, lunch and a glass of wine in the evening. A great location very quiet and peaceful after a day in town in a pretty street.

We found three elements of this apartment to be outstanding: the vine-shaded patio that sits above a picturesque ancient alley and allowed us to watch life go by, the little espresso machine that let us get up and have top quality coffee in the morning before we went out to face the day, and the location. It was far enough from the main corridor of Dubrovnik to be quiet and yet close enough to have several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

There are no specific detractions related to the apartment. Dubrovnik however is a town full of stairs and that may present a challenge for those who have difficulty climbing them. This apartment is located up several sets of stairs from the main center of town and has it's own flight of narrow stairs once you've entered the front door.
