Fantastic location right in the center of the old town, cute apartment with rustic features

Early check in was not an option, we arrived in Dubrovnik at 10am and reached out to the hosts to enquire about early check in, with laps in communication we were essentially told no. 30 minutes before check in time we asked again and they refused to give us the entry code until exactly check in time at 3pm. There is also barely any hot water, we stayed for 4 nights and only had hot water on the first day, the rest of the trip we had zero hot water so we showered in freezing cold water unfortunately. There is also mold on the ceiling in the washroom which made us question the cleanliness of the apartment. Overall a decent stay, but when paying over $300 a night, I expect more.

The best apartment we stayed in our existence! They have all the amenities you can ask for. We can cook with all the cookingwares provided. There were also dishwasher, oven and washing machine provided. The location is amazing. It is located in the heart of the city. Everything is accessible. They even arranged the transport for us. We were just confused on how to access the keys the very first time and the shower got cold on our 3rd day. But other that, it was all amazing.

Everything is perfect. However, maybe the deposit thing. Because until now i’m still waiting for it to be credited back to my account.

Bad is all I can say! Direction to the accomodation are hard to follow. Heater in the bathroom was broken, toilet seat was broken which makes me wonder how much cleaning was done, washing machine was broken. To top it off the wifi didn’t work. Was told to turn the router on and off again but there was no router in the room. Next day we were told to go into the room beside us and check their router as it was supposed to work for us to get internet. Day three they turned up to check the wifi…. “Nope it doesn’t work” so here’s a SIM card. Left a day early but couldn’t get a refund for the last day by itself. Bad customer service!!
