Superb finish and had everything you need. Able to walk dogs in their woodland once away from house was a bonus. Close to A12 and everything Suffolk has to offer. Spacious and comfortable.

A lovely rural retreat, a little hard to find in the dark, but spacious and comfortable. Facilities generally good. Under floor heating and wet room great.
No plates at all in the kitchen, not a single dinner or side plate! Only a soup bowl and a pie dish. Made my first night and morning really difficult. Difficult to get hold of someone so ended up buying my own plates the second day. Also no WiFi which would not have been a problem except there was no mobile phone signal either so impossible to phone anyone.

it was in a perfect location for all the coastal towns and villages. it was like home from home everything you could ask for and great walks for our puppy.
