Oven door kept fallong off.

The caravan had mostly new looking furniture, carpets & fittings. The furniture was comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the site in general & the pitch specifically, which was next to some small ponds. Lovely. It was delightful to sit out on the decking on the comfy outdoor furniture. It seemed clean (other than a few hidden corners & the drinking glasses were a bit cloudy). Also, we had a query about the WiFi & they were REALLY efficient in getting back & solved the issue quickly.

It was rather chilly unless it was hot during the day. We should have grappeled with the heating earlier & worked out how to put it on timed, as it took a while to heat up & the electric fire was OK, but not great. My sister (in the double bed) found the bedside light after 2 nights. I don't think my bedroom had one (2 single beds). I would have brought one if I'd have known, or/& where there is one, it would be great to make it more obvious.

Very clean and cosy Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available inside the property. Although there is no microwave we love the added extra of the ninja multi cooker Shower was lovely and hot with good pressure Lovely location quiet and relaxing but also close to all the amenities Would definitely book this holiday home again in the future.

There is nothing we didn’t like

The location was good.

The single beds were too small. The bedding was very poor quality. The caravan was quite small for our group. And could not get the internet to work at all. The reception was informed but did not respond to our request.
