Location, well equipped, large living space with comfortable seating for everyone to relax.
Bin information was out of date and confusing, wheelie bin was full and maggoty when we arrived.

The location
The property is quirky and the building itself was lovely. However, it is tired and needs a full programme of sensitive refurbishment to the building and fixtures and fittings. It would also benefit from a declutter and deep clean. One of the bedrooms could only be accessed through the bathroom on one side and a bedroom on the other. The 2 double beds were uncomfortable and the springs could be felt in the mattresses. No iron in the property and the tumble drier and dishwasher didn't work.
