good size for our families, well located, Patio in the sun, all cooking equipment needed was available, big fridge, dish washer. comfortable and good dining table. comfortable beds. good service. relaxed and informal,
main road (A12) was busy but it was a bank holiday weekend.

Getting out on to a busy road was always a challenge.
