Oak Cottage

This is a lovely comfortable cottage. It was spacious and well equipped. It is well located near to Saxmundham which is within walking distance. There is parking for 2 cars and a nice garden with seating. We would stay again.

Maybe tell people to access the property from the main road that goes through to Saxmundham as my satnav took me the long way along a single track road and over a railway crossing where I had to phone to cross it - I would rather avoid that especially if it was getting dark.

Lovely rural location but not too far away from Saxmundham, thoughtful welcome Basket on arrival, spacious and well presented accommodation, we actually spent all of our time using the garden and kitchen, at night playing card games around the kitchen table, so didn't actually use the amazing cinema size TV in the very comfortable looking lounge. Neighbours were friendly and welcoming too, had a great stay and would highly recommend

Lovely spacious property. Everything we needed. Nice welcome basket of bubbly with a welcome note. Lots of books and board games for a rainy day. We enjoyed our stay very much
