Outstanding evening meal and breakfast. Impeccable service from the friendly staff. Comfortable lounge and bar area. Convenient location and onsite parking. Beautiful building and interior decor.
The shower was barely adequate.

The location is incredible! Ready walk to Shaftsbury High Street, a lovely park. The Abbey and good restaurants. The food is top flight, and the young man who manages breakfast is professional and courteous beyond his years. The little back garden really entices you to sit and take in a pretty evening
While we loved being able to park on site, the driveway back to it was a bit disconcerting for someone driving an SUV on the "wrong" side of the road. We did it over and over without incident but it did get ones heart pounding for a few minutes each time.

Parking access very restrictive and inaccessible to 4x4 or SUV sized vehicles. Breakfast was overcooked.
