Our stay at the Seven was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay. The room size was good and the AC was great for the summer heat. The location was perfect for the metro and was a short walk away. We will be back

Clean, breakfast was excellent, love after a long day came back and find fresh fruit! Stuff was very nice and helpful specially Mariana.

Nice location
Booked this property for balcony and got the room without the balcony with the staff saying “we don’t have any available”. The photos you have posted for classic room DO NOT correspond to reality. Either remove them and do not confuse guests, or deliver what is promised. There’s nothing worse than when the hotel does not live up to the expectations. Also, the staff never smiles and never is pleasant. From the moment I walked in, they talked to me as if I owe them money. 4 stars is definitely not justified for this place.
